Handling time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business day(s). Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Any order on Friday will be shipped on Monday or Tuesday as per 2 days handling time.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

*If customers select a Quick Process option, we will be done with the handling time in 1 business day.

Delivery time

Delivery Time does not include a 1-3 business days processing period required to process your order from the date your order is placed.
We will make every effort to deliver your package ASAP. However, additional time may be required due to invalid addresses and other force majeure.

Shipping fees

Free Standard ship to physical addresses within the 48 contiguous United States.

*Excluding Alaska, Hawaii, American Samoa, Guam, Marshall Islands, Micronesia, North Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands and Military Bases (AA, AE, AP).

Shipping method

Usually, we use Front Door Package Delivery (e. g. , FedEx or UPS) to your delivery address. Packages do not require a signature but will be left at the discretion of the carrier. For some larger furniture items, we may also use Truck Delivery (usually on a pallet) with a contracted carrier. The carrier will call to schedule a drop-off time with you.

Track my order

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Shipping time

Subrtex Houseware Inc. has two central warehouses in the USA and overseas China. For international shipping, Subrtex customer service center will email you the shipping details.

2-3 business days handling time by FedEx / UPS from the domestic warehouse.

5-7 business days handling time by DHL / TNT from overseas warehouse.

*Please note: delivery time does not include weekends, holidays, and other force majeure.
